The bar hooks are made of an extremely durable zinc plated steel and made to last. The bench’s wide design also provides maximum stability and has a spotter platform for a spotter to stand. This bench is made for standard length 7’ Olympic Bars. This bench is commercial grade and rated to hold over 1000lbs.
