Custom Orders
For custom or made-to-order products, your payment is a formal agreement. If you cancel or breach the contract, you will not be eligible for a refund, as funds will go toward materials, labor, and production.
Once the production process begins, no changes can be made to the order. The completion date of the product will be determined by us, in consultation with you.
Final product photos are a courtesy and not guaranteed.
Neither party will be held responsible for delays or failures in fulfilling obligations due to events beyond control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, wars, government orders, or strikes. If a delay persists for over 30 days, either party may terminate the agreement.
Accounts
By creating an account, you confirm that you are over 18 and that the information you provide is accurate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and agree to notify us of any unauthorized use.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

Payment and Liquidated Damages

Returns and Fees
You can request a refund within 24 hours of purchase, subject to a 30% restocking fee. If the product is canceled after shipping or refused, you will be responsible for a 30% cancellation/restocking fee and return shipping costs.
For damaged products, you must accept the delivery and note the damage on the freight bill. We can assist with repairs or replacements but will charge for return shipping if necessary.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including a breach of these Terms. You may terminate your account by simply ceasing to use our services.
Indemnification
