Re-manufactured/Refurbished Equipment Warranty
All re-manufactured or refurbished equipment purchased from Worldwide Fitness Group includes the following coverage:
These warranties apply to the intended use of the equipment unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement.
Worldwide Fitness Group provides labor coverage for six (6) months from the delivery date, regardless of equipment usage. The company reserves the right to address and resolve issues prior to determining if a certified technician is required. Only technicians authorized by Worldwide Fitness Group may perform warranty work. Unauthorized repairs will void the warranty.
Worldwide Fitness Group is not responsible for
Mechanical or cosmetic issues caused by shipping, unauthorized repairs, or lack of regular maintenance.
Injuries, business interruptions, or any other consequences arising from the use of equipment purchased from Worldwide Fitness Group.
Warranty Authorization
All warranty claims are subject to the discretion and approval of Worldwide Fitness Group.
Repairs must be performed by certified technicians authorized by the equipment manufacturer or Worldwide Fitness Group.
Parts & Shipping
Worldwide Fitness Group will cover the cost of parts shipped under warranty.
Customers are responsible for returning parts unless otherwise specified.
Maintenance Requirements
Regular maintenance by a certified technician is required during the warranty period.
Proof of maintenance must be provided for warranty claims to be valid.
Damage Upon Arrival
Damages must be reported immediately upon delivery and in the presence of the shipper. Failure to report damages at the time of delivery will void any claims.

Exclusions
Normal wear parts, such as belts, wax, and upholstery, are not covered under warranty.
Batteries are excluded from all warranties.
Worldwide Fitness Group is not liable for equipment damage caused by improper electrical usage, such as incorrect voltage or amperage.
Serviced/Cleaned Equipment Warranty
Serviced and cleaned equipment includes the following limited warranties:
Commercial Use: One (1) month limited parts warranty.
Private Use: Three (3) months limited parts warranty.
Labor & Parts Coverage
Labor warranty: Up to $150/unit.
The warranty period begins seven (7) days from the delivery date, regardless of equipment usage.
Exclusions for Serviced/Cleaned Equipment
This limited warranty does not cover:
Software updates or minor defects that do not impair functionality during normal use.
Cosmetic or consumable items (e.g., plastic, painted surfaces) damaged by misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications.
Cosmetic, structural, or functional damage (e.g., rust, corrosion, wear) caused by failure to follow the maintenance guidelines in the owner’s manual.
Repairs to re-manufactured equipment without a serial number.
Service calls for installation or user instruction.
Pickup and delivery charges for repairs.
Labor costs incurred after the warranty period expires.
This warranty provides specific legal rights. Additional rights may vary depending on your jurisdiction.
A 30% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
Once the product has left the warehouse, the order cannot be canceled, and the Returns and Refund Policy will apply.
Products already shipped are subject to this Returns and Refund Policy regardless of cancellation requests.
All equipment listed as new will include the full manufacturers warranty.
